Past life regression should be known as hypnotic suggestion.  There is of course no way to test its validity since amazingly no one ever "remembers" details specific enough to be scrutinized.  I think you would find that the more suggestive the hypnotist is and the more he/she leads the sitter, the more fruitful the reading will be.  Have fun with it, but there isn't any reason to think it's in any way real.

I'm so glad Pam R said people had lead normal lives. So many times I hear of regression leading people to have been pharos, Kings or Queens.

I'm pretty sure I was in the last WW2, and my partner is certain she drowned. No we havent regressed, but just saw things through meditation.

As a hypnotherapist I have done a few. People get different levels of success. Always find out that they were quite normal people as well.
