I am not sure If they do p**p in the show all pokemon eat is soup and beries they use to eat fish but after the episode where they officaly introduced magikarp they stoped eationg it, in the newer esipodes they made a berry pokemon.

They have never really adresed the issue of where a pokemons waste maybe grimer eats it?
