Have you ever had that one cousin that you tried so hard to become friends with but it never works ????

I have a cousin and he play college basketball . I try so hard to be his friend . We were so tight while growing up even though he is like 7 years older then me . He was my favorite boy cousin while growing up and it hurts me to know that he don't even care about me . I was his biggest fan even before the world knew about him. I just want a piece of my cousin back . Since my mom and his mom doesn't speak to each other i was hoping despite there differences that we would remain cool . BUT i guess not so here i am sitting here with these tears of mind

yeah i allways been close to my cousin ashley shes my favorite cousin but now she has a babie girl and another coming in soon to this world its sad how we all grow up so fast i know thats strange for me to say im 22 but i have a hard time growing up things change when you get older

well u aint the only one who has this problem mines is really similar to urs actually,cuz when i was younger i had an older cousin bout 5 or more years older then me,and we use to be pretty close cuz everyday we'd do stupid stuff together like play ball joke around hang out,but then when he turned around 16 or 17 or older he completely became an *** to me hes been very disrespectful to me in church he ignores me most the time he says really rude things to me and behind my back i think , but i guess thats the way it was meant to be i mean i havent been nothing but nice to him,but since hes been like this with me ive become very distant and cold with him and i just cut off ALL ties with him pretty much were not in a fight or anything but were jus ignoring each other alot lol but if u wanna fix ur prob jus talk it out with him it should work out i think lol??

YES! my cousin andrea. we go to a festival every year and she barely speaks to me and is moody. this year i just let her sulk and went off with my boyfriend!

all i can suggest is let them know that your there if you need them, e-mail or text every so often so then he can get back to you in his own time.

or just confront him and have done with it.
