pressing down on you in bed? And your so paralysed you can't even scream or call out?

What do you think causes it? I used to get it alot at one time and I read a very convincing book about 'psychic vampires' and how there are four types, which are not as we think of vampires in the movie sense, but suck energy from people. Some can even be from people you know who don't even know they are doing it.

Anyhoo, the author gave tips on how to prevent these attacks and I've never had it since.

Perhaps psychic vampires exist! Spooky eh?

(the four types if I remember right were: a spirit that doesn't want to cross over so steals energy from the living. Consious living people who travel in astral projection form to steal energy and kepp themselves younger for longer. The unconsious one, someone who drains you when in their presence. And I think the last was someone who is ill who steals from you to heal themselves? I can;t really remember that one...)

  2. It's Sleep Paralysis.

  3. Actually, it's a lot less mysterious what's happening. At night, while you dream, your body paralyzes itself. I'm pretty sure it's just in the REM stage but some professionals that have studied it think it's something we evolved to do, an adaption so we don't just act out our dreams and maybe kill our self by accident while we sleep.

  4. I heard somewhere that there might be a sickness or problem with someone's body. Doesn't it feel like something is pressing on your chest?

  5. yes its so creepy
