Have you ever had to move to another state for more money, leaving behind friends your BF/GF?

How was it for you and what happened ?

Well my mom told me we are moving to FL [im in NY] and im so sad im gonna leave my boyfriend and my best friend. I don't know what im gonna do. I love them so much. I only told my best friend and right now we are both crying. I havent told him yet. I dont know how im gonna tell him..

My mom said its only for 3months [yeah right most likely 3years]

Yes I have had to move to another state for more money and i left very good friends behind. It was hard for me. It hurt alot because I never got to see my old friends again, but I tried to think about the ups of it. I thought about how i was going to meet new friends. Maybe even better friends, you never know. Dont always look about the downs of it look at the good parts of it too. When I moved here where i am, Texas.

Everything turned out fine, but that may not be the same way for others.
