Have you ever had unprotected s*x and ended up not pregnant?

i know you should always use protection and i have but i was just wondering how hard is it really sometimes to get pregnant. im not asking this question because of myself i was just wondering.

this doesnt count if you have had a history of miscarriages.

Actualy, the odds are quite high Against getting pregnant, Everything has to be just right.

except for certain women who seem to always get pregnant. Fertile Myrtle is what people call them.

honestly, my husband and i had unprotected s*x for our entire relationship and didnt get pregnant until 3 years into it...im only 23 and in complete health so i have no idea what happened.(we were not "trying" either)

It depends on the people, the timing, etcetera. Miscarriages has nothing to do with a person getting pregnant or not.

my partner were having unprotectd s*x for the first 6months of our relationship, then we found out we were going to have a baby (he is 1yo in 3days). fast forward to dec07 and i fell pregnant again after 1month of unprotected s*x, had a termination as having baby was putting my life at risk and we also found out baby was very physicall/mentally dissabled, and i would of been very lucky to carry pregnancy to 20 weeks

it just depends on the person, some people can have unprotected s*x many times without falling pregnant, and for others it takes just one time.

obviously the only way to protect yourself against pregnancy is to use contraception.

with my first boyfriend i wasn't really careful at all and i sometimes think of how lucky i am because

1) i was too young

2) i wouldn't want to be stuck with him the rest of my life through a child. he was not the man of my life at all. i do'nt even like to think about him!

i do think i had a misscarriage when i was with him though but i'm not entirely sure.

with my current partner we always used protection. at one stage we used condoms and bc and it was only one time, i repeat one time, that we didn't use protection and we now have a beautiful son! i'm just glad i'm older now and that he is the man of my dreams (i know cheesy, but he makes me the happiest person ever). so i got pregnant at the right time and with the right person. couldn't be happier.

i do tell all my girlfriends that are like "i won't have a baby until i'm atleast 40" that it only takes that one time. so i guess it just depends if you're "lucky" or not as to when you actually get pregnant.

i had many times unprotected s*x and didn't get pregnant with my husband and 1 of my friend too she took 2 years and she is having baby no 2 so m i....

I had unprotected s*x for nearly 5 years and didnt get pregnant.

But now using protection b/c I'm not ready for my next child yet!  :)

It depends on that persons body its a 50/50 chance. Some people are more likely than others. and it only takes that one time.

A lot of people have unprotected s*x and never get pregnant.  There are factors that go into a woman getting pregnant like ovulation, frequency, etc.  Even if all of the factors are meet, that still doesn't guarantee that you will get pregnant.  Some women have s*x unprotected and get pregnant the first time.  I have had unprotected s*x numerous times, way to many to count (I don't mean with numerous men) and I have had three pregnancies.

It's definitely possible to have s*x without protection and NOT get pregnant.  BUT, you must know your body and how it works and how your cycles work in order to time s*x at the right time to NOT get pregnant.  It's all about knowing your body and the way it works.  Try reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility.
