Yeah!  And you know what?!?   IT REALLY SUCKS, too, when that happens !!!!   I feel for you !  

But. . .eventually . . . and sometimes ever so slowly. . .  IT DOES GET BETTER!

Ah yes, it’s as if the world comes crashing down on you. You’re nothing, you have nothing, nowhere to go and no one to turn to… also nothing to do except be self-reliant. And so you might as well be completely honest in your appraisal of life and yourself.

The point to remember is that when you have hit rock bottom, there’s only one way out – up. When you’ve already lost everything, you’ve nothing to lose anymore. Get up and clear the rubble, because hunger pangs remind you soon enough that you do have to survive! That’s when you also find your friends – sometimes they’re total strangers.
