(I wonder if any skeptics have EVER said that.) Have you ever asked them WHO they think this "something" is? Do you think it's a spirit..or just their own thoughts?

  1. A good friend of mine is a self proclaimed agnostic, he isn't even sure he believes in God, and thinks all of this stuff that I believe in is "voodoo nonsense". He has a very good gut instinct, so he says those sorts of things all the time. Oddly though it never occurred to me to ask him where he thought those feelings came from. I'll have to ask him that sometime, just to see what he says! lol

  2. I guess it COULD be a spirit, but I think a lot of times when we lose things like that and we spontaniously find them it's more likely that our subconscious mind is trying to recall where we last were when we had the specific object in question. And as for skeptics- if they're of the "ULTRA narrowminded" kind- they'll never be convinced, unless something truly paranormal happens to them- and even then they'd probably try to rationalize it. True hardcore skeptics are impossible. It's a sad thing, I think.

  3. well...i have heard a LOT of people said that, and its weird because i was now trying to think of an answer to put here and i realized if they feel "something" they probably might take it as a loved one which in fact could be something of the paranormal. i really love your question its interesting.
