Have you ever hung up on someone but didnt really and they heard everything you said about them?

I've never done this but it happened to a friend of mine.  Her friend didn't hang up and said some really horrible hurtful things...in time they have moved forward, but their friendship just isn't what it use to be.

We all have times where we say things we shouldn't.  Sometimes because we mean it, sometimes just to "impress" the crowd we are with.  

My opinion is the only thing you can do is say that you are sorry and explain to that person why you said whatever it is that you said.  If what you said was the truth say you believe in what you said and that maybe you should have found a more tasteful way to say it or you should have said it to their face.  Their either going to forgive you or their not.  If they don't forgive you right away, just be kind when you see them, still invite them to things or whatever and I believe eventually they will come around.  GOOD LUCK.

tell them that you are sorry if it hurt them but it was what you felt at the time after speaking to them.and you were just angry.or I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what

you heard was not what I meant...

I'm sorry to say this

but saying stuff behind their back isn't a smart move.

You can say sorry but the damage is done

If you really care for this person though then you should tell them the reasons why you said the things you did. but make sure your not just saying stuff to make them feel better because then you are caught in another lie- and everything just gets that much more complex.

Sorry that might of sounded harsh but these situations are hard to deal with because you can't reverse time and hang up the phone properly. You have to face the problem
