  1. My mom lost 70lbs, she's 47, her arms were a littl flabby when she finished and her lower stomach was a little pouch but after 2 c-sections and a few other surgeries the skin isn't going to go back to normal.

    My mom did the 500 calorie daily food plan.

    I've lost 40lbs doing the same food plan, I'm 21 and I don't have an excess skin. I think it's because I'm exercising so toning up.


  2. I myself tried weight watchers and was really hungry and only lost 5 pounds after spending a lot of money on their products. I ended up using Herbalife products which were cheaper and I lost 80 pounds and it has stayed off still 3 years later!   3. Yes I lost around 50-55 pounds. I am 21. I started my journey in Feb 08 and ended in late may early june. After losing all that weight I kinda got addicted to the gym and go regularly now. Just change up your diet and start doing lots of cardio. Don't drink any sugary beverages or anything like that. You can have water, Fat free milk, Or green tea with no sugar. For food try having a similar diet to this. Morning have a bowl of cereal like  cheerios, or some type of Cereal with low sugar, newmans organic cereals are good for you and so is special K. For lunch the best thing you can probably have is a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with no mayo, and if you like cheese get the low fat cheese from the deli, if your a salad person then a tossed salad with grilled chicken would also be really good, watch what you put for dressing though make sure it's low fat and no sugar, like a vinaigrette. And for dinner try not too have much carbs, some grilled chicken with a side of vegi's is really good. Hope that helps

    2. i took my summer and ran, biked and weight trained every day with maybe 4-5 days off all summer. id do both cardio and weights daily, and i made sure i ate a good amount of healthy food, 1600-2100 cal.

    best bet is find out what your brm is to figure how much food to eat with out puting you motabolism into starvation.  dont fut calories to low you you will gain weight easily afterwards.

    I lost 55 pounds now and i have 20 more to go to be 10 percent body fat.

    3. i do at the moment but its only been 3 months and i have noticed it pulling back, the younger you are the easier the skin goes back, if not there are surgeries they tighten up skin. over all its better to be thin and have extra skin, id have to say.
