...everytime you meet that person again?

I treated a constomer at work in a way that offended her even though I though I was doing the right thing. I got into a heated arguement with her and her friends/family. I got the manager and after discussing the situation I realised I was in the wrong and so I apologised to the customer and she marched out.

Now everytime shes in the store now and asks me something she dosn't trust what I tell her so I have to ask the manager. When I go back to her to "confirm" to her that the manager said the exact same thing I said (even though I treat her very politely), she just gives a peircing glare to me even though I was polite to her and obeyed her untrusting requests.

  1. I have made so many bad First impressions and second and third, that frankly many people hate me. It's in my nature. At least the old me was like that. I found Jesus and now I've changed. I still s***w up. I think that's why I let Saints be Saints, and I just be me. Usually time will heal the wound, but it takes work to care for it.

  2. Not in the real world with first impressions (that I know of), but on Internet forums I've managed to make several 'virtual enemies' who for some reason get so upset with my tone of voice that they start sending me abusive e-mails. It seems it's a lot easier to upset somebody online.

  3. Luckily ..till date no.

  4. Yep. I once posted an offensive post on my blog, directing at a friend whom i just known. i'm really remorse now, and vow not to post unecessary offensive content on my blog. I'm not sure if she has forgiven me, i hope she did. that was a hard lesson learnt.
