my car has an ipod connector so i just connect my i-phone to it

The problem is that a CD mix is usually only fresh long enough to get it burned.

After you listen to it once, then it feels redundant to listen to it again.

MP3 players have the same problem, whatever you have loaded on them gets boring - fast, no matter how much you like the tracks you dumped onto it.

I have a really wide variety of music that I like to listen to (there is also a lot of stuff that I can't stand - most of it comes on the radio).  I usually have a CD case packed full in my car, both mixes and full length albums.
