Yeah, I met the Duchess of Cornwall, when I was in the Wales, and she smiled nicely at me.

She has a pretty blonde hair.

The Queen always seems to ask the same question whenever I see her something along the lines of "have you been waiting long?" or "where do you come from?"

Prince Charles I met once and he tends to ask the people at the back of the crowd what they are standing on.

The Queen Mother, when somebody gave her a leaf instead of a usual bunch of flowers said "I like this one the best"

Diana was the best of all -  She always (unlike the Queen) recognoised people she had met previously and so didn't double up on her comments or questions. She also listened carefully to what people were saying to her, (again unlike the Queen) so that then her comments could apply to directly to the person she was addressing. She always had something new and quite often funny to say - but when people gave her stuff or gave her a compliment she always said  "thats so sweet" when thanking them.

i met prince harry once at a club.he's the focal point of almost all the girls there.i mean like all the girls are around him.there must be many who aspire at being his princess..not interested though..haha

I met the queen.  She didn't say a word.

I met Prince Charles and he asked me if i thought he had big ears i said " No way Chuck your ears are teeny!"

I met Prince Charles and Prince Edward when I was a youngster.  I had been given a camera (el cheapo!) and asked if I might be allowed to take their photograph.  Prince Charles asked if the camera worked properly.  I answered that sometimes it did, sometimes it did not.  His reply was "Well, if it does not, write to me and I will see what I can do!"

My mother and I were at the same event a few years later when I spotted the Queen who was coming towards us.  My mother said in the loudest voice, "No, that doesn't look like the Queen, she looks too old!" (Cue the Tower!)  At which the Queen turned to us, smiled brightly and said "Well, actually, I am the Queen!"  Oh dear.

On another occassion I met the Queen but our conversation was too embarrassing to write on air.

A policeman stopped me on my way to work in London in the 1980's and told me I could not take my normal route as the street was shut. My first thought was terrorists and bombers. So I tutted and walked away.

The policeman called me back and said if I stood along the railings I would see something that I would never forget and winked at me.

I t was the Queen getting off a train! I waved and jumped up and down cheering and she just looked at me! (I guess I did look a bit like a nutter!) I told everyone at work and no one believed me but the police officer was right I have never forgotten.
