Have you ever met anyone famous?

My mom told me when I was really little, they were shooting a movie right near my grandmaw's house. She said they visited the site and met Gerald McRaney (the guy from Major Dad, Deadwood, and Jericho). Supposedly we have a picture somewhere of him holding me when I was little. So, have any of you met anyone famous, and where and how?

I met Crystle Stewert (Miss USA)  at Kinkos.  I guess she's not too famous.

Well I've met The governor of my state and I've been 3feet away from Chris Brown but I didn't meet him.

well not really famous but i did meet the santogold backstage once after a concert for some pictures and an interview for wear i work.. i also met the cool kids too..

Ted Knight, Meredith Baxter, Van Johnson, John Raitt, Artie Shaw, Dan Williams, Cybill Shepard and Nancy Lopez Melton have all eaten at my parent's restaurant.  I met them all there.

Plenty of NASCAR drivers come into my work place as we are associate sponsors for the Joe Gibbs race team and supply air and oil filters to a majority of the teams.

I met Rihanna for a brief 15 seconds haha. She's absolutely stunning in person.

John Wayne, Leanord Nimoy, Crystal Gale, Tom Bosley,Arty Johnson,Mike Love,Chief Iron Eyes Cody,Indian Larry,Eric Buel,John Taffin, and the then Governor of Idaho Dirk Kempthorne (now secretary of the interior).

I lived in Southern California and worked as a field engineer for Savin busines machines, and my route covered several of the motion picture studio's, and I lived on the north shore of Lake tahoe, where Leonard Nimoy lived, and I met John Wayne twice in the late 60's thru a mutual friend, and then again on his boat at catalina Island. I met Crystal Gale on Lake Tahoe,  bumped into Arty Johnson in Malibu, Met Chief Iron eyes Cody at the L.A. Airport, and the rest of them at the Gun shop I ran for several years or at motorcycle rallies

1. Greek singers at concerts..too many to be named.  They are not like the US artists that only talk to you if you have a VIP pass and if have a million bucks to sit in the vip sections and go backstage.  They sing in the crowd, take pictures with you, give free autographs/pictures/posters with autographs, dance with you.  It's always a dance party - both at their concerts in the US and in Greece!

2. Current and former Cubs MLB and MiLB players @ the Cubs Convention and Spring Training. Sat on a lot of their laps to take pics too! : ) And of course, LOU!  Len and Bob

And Carlos Zambrano has a house right by my university.  my friends and I used to walk by for fun when we were in school

3. While vacationing in Laguna Beach, CA, we were walking and ran into the cast of the OC on a break from filming. Sweet cast.

4. Same situation as above, with the cast of Laguna Beach filming.  They were shopping in a boutique we were and spoke to us while filming.  

Sure there's more but I can't think of them now

Oh, Jennifer Aniston was filming in Chicago by my school by some forests and trees, and I saw her as I was driving by..

and I saw Jerry Springer while having cocktails at the Signature Room of the John Hancock building..he was having dinner a few tables away

There everywhere I tell you!  It's just unexpected when you see them.

I've met most of the main cast of Kyle XY ( Matt Dallas, Jaimie Alexander, etc..), Andrea Lewis from Degrassi:TNG, Josh Peck, Rene Zellwegger(sp?), Ashton Kutcher, Christopher Meloni from Law and Order(sp?), Nathan Kress form icarly.I've also seen Hilary Duff and Victoria Justice around too.

Where? My school is a pretty hot spot for filming. They use to film Smallville there a couple years ago. This past school year they filmed 2 Nickelodeon movies. Usually I just see the celebs walking around the halls or watch them when they're filming. My friends and I always try to stalk them if it's someone really famous lol.

At the American Idol tour meet and greet I met (in this order) Brooke White, David Cook, Kristy Lee Cook, Jason Castro, David Archuleta, and Syesha Mercado. It was at the Times Union Center in Albany, NY. Jason and Archie were really happy to meet their fans, and they were the nicest. I got pictures with them! It was so cute how shy and sweet Archie was! :)

I haven't really met anyone famous, but Avril Lavigne waved to me at one of her concerts since we were about 5 feet away from her (we had tickets for 4th row, but there werent any rows at the bottom so we all just smushed together)

I also met Matt Sampson from News 12 Westchester a few times. He lives in the town right next to mine. I guess you could consider him famous...? lol

I didn't actually meet Mariah Carey, but when I was little my mom and I were walking into the mall and she was leaving but I was kind of surprised that there weren't a whole bunch of people following her. She looked really pissed off so we didn't say anything.

I have never met someone famous per se; however, I went to a Prince concert and was asked to get up on the stage and saw Keanu Reeves and Courtney Love when they were filming "Feeling Minnesota" across the street from my house.  I even got a autograph from Reeves himself!

I met George Bush before he was president, I met Beyonce Knowls. I went to High school with ZZ Top's drummer's twin sons and my English Teacher's son was Alan Faneca who now plays for the New York jets but use to play for Steelers and last but not least Michael Lewis(Plays for Philadelphia Eagles) is from my home town Richmond, TX. (Alan Faneca and Michael Lewis both graduated from my high school, Lamar High School).

used to be a bartender at american airlines club in dfw airport....met vince neil & the dad from teen wolf (he was also in sling blade). the latter had his friend with him who was drunk and kept flirting and telling me he'd want me to change his diaper when he's old.

also worked as a waitress in a restaurant in longview, tx where neil mccoy lives. he's friends with the owner so he used to come in alot with his family.

for metalheads out there, i got to meet and hang out with immolation, adverse sefira, and the singer of rotting christ. that was really cool!
