  2. Yes! I sometimes will do it when I feel like I am having a "fat" day...and yes, it does make me feel thinner and healthier...weird huh

  3. On hang over days...missing a meal takes no thought....drinking lots of water is usually the only thing on my mind.

  4. WOah...never. matter of fact, i wouldn't recommend that 2 ANYONE. its very important NOT to skip meals because they keep your body healthy. Dont take this the wrong way, but this might actually sound like a sorta "Anorexia" case....not saying that you ARE...i mean, i dont even KNOW you. but i would not recommend SKIPPING meals. Maybe if u ate a big breakfast and you're not hungry later, try a small healthy snack.  Or if you don't feel well at all, try 2 at least drink fluids, most likely water. Hope this helps!
