Have you ever moved? (as a kid!)?

im moving for the first time in my life!! from VA to SC! ahh!! but yay!! i get to live on a horse farm and beautiful ponies will live w/ me!! yay!!! but Ahh!!

I've never moved to different places, but we've moved from our apartment to a big house when I was nearly 9. It was nice but I still miss our apartment although I'm 17 now!

I'm military brat ...so moving isn't much to me...the only thing that sucks about moving as much as i have is..not being able to make close Friends and have a boatload of childhood memories...I was born in Brooklyn,moved to Germany,then England,the back to New York,to Chicago....and then we moved to Norfolk,and then Richmond VA...and then we finally settled in Fairfax,VA....but moving isn't that bad...you'll see new places and people and gain new experiences to add to your memories..so just embrace the change in scene...like death moving is not the end but only the beginning

Moving can be traumatic....especially the change of schools AND especially for a 13 year old.  Your new place sounds great - hope all goes well with new school also.
