Have you ever noticed people pronouncing height wrong?

I Always ALWAYS hear people say "Heighdth" not HeighT with a T, but they pronounce it like WIDTH. They say Heigh-"DTH"

It really irritates me because it's wrong and they say it and i just wonder if they think it sounds smart or correct or what. but it's SO COMMON here it is annoying.

I hate it...I am on a phone conference right now and the pm just said it.  I hate it too!!!!
