No, but I have played, "Pin the tail on the Donkey", when I was a child.

And when I was in my 20s, we played, "Put some clothes on Bridget." The idea was to put a Bikini on Miss Bardot. Very much like "Pin the tail on the Donkey"

I cannot even begin to imagine putting a "wanger" on a horse.

"Rhetorically Speaking: Do you have any idea how big a horse's p***s really is...?"

Well I once spent $20 on a horse who wouldn't come in ... never mind this is going to be deleted anyway

No, but I've placed a wager on a horse.  Whenever I ride a horse I do my best to keep my wanger from even making contact with the saddle.
