Not bar bingo, but one of the dives I frequented in college was so absurd that we made going to that bar a drinking game.  You took a drink every time you saw:

Dude so drunk he can barely stand.

Person wasted by 9:00 PM.

Fat chick showing plumber crack.

Hot chick desperately trying to show off thong underwear.

Couple trying to dance to jukebox in packed bar.

People playing pool in packed bar and not having enough room.

Any dog in bar.

Bouncer taking his job WAY too seriously.

Bouncer obviously confused by something.

Person getting tossed out.

Person having fake ID taken away.

Bartender openly insulting you.

Bartender openly ignoring you.

Drunks picking up tips to buy drinks.

Middle aged men pretending they're still in college.

Any fight.

Nudity (drink double if it's a girl)

Guy wearing muscle shirt even though it's -20 outside.

Girls using the men's room

There were other rules, but you get the idea.  I could have written a doctoral dissertation on the subhuman species found at the Crystal Bar, Bozeman, MT.
