  1. Truthfully, that tooth extraction using a pair of pliers... should only be done by a dentist. In some cases especially involving the first upper molar tooth, root of the tooth might break from the crown part. Not to mention that if you do it on your own, the pliers aren't even sterilized and you'll might end up with inflammation instead. You know how inflammation feels, right? Way more painful.

Anyway, if you get it done by dentist, you'll get local anesthesia and the rest of the procedure won't feel a thing.

I had my baby tooth removed myself, but never for my permanent tooth.

  2. Sorry to hear about your pain, but I can suggest (Advil Gel) It really works for me and believe me I've had problems and I've tried so many things nothing worked until a friend told me about Advil Gel, now keep in mind that it has to be the gel kind because the regular coated or other ones did not have the same effect.

And the Pliers...hum??? Don't think that's a good idea unless its done professionally by a Dentist. So I wish you luck.

  3. I seem to remember my stepdad pulling a few of my baby teeth with pliers.. don't remember it hurting, maybe they were just barely hanging on. Sounds very unsanitary to me now though. :oP

  4. Yes I do it .I live in Tennessee which is one of the poorest states. If you work no help.Welfare abusers get free Dental.

I'd rather work, and pull my own teeth.

  5. Yes I have.  It doesn't hurt much more than a real hard pinch.  They'll give you numbing jelly and perhaps some numbing shots on the lip. The tooth pulling part doesn't hurt that badly.

    hope that helped!
