  1. Yes. I worked at my old job for four years and I loved it. I loved the people I worked with and the work environment. But then they hired this new idiot as our new boss. ( my old boss got transferred) And I hated him. He was mean to everyone and was always talking negative about our work. So one day, he started just asking me all these questions about something that I had nothing to do with...and well i just lost it. I started yelling at him and told him that he was an idiot and he didn't know c**p.Then I told him that i quit and walked out! lol I don't regret it at all..I got another job the next day. And after I quit, 4 more poeple quit as well.

  2. Yes,I did last year.  I was working as a warehouse supervisor back then, warehouse maintenance, deliveries, stock updates and so on.it's a small company and family owned, at first there they are, my boss, the father and the mother,  the father usually visits the warehouse atleast twice a week. The mother, who stays at the office, never saw her visit us, she doesn't even know what the warehouse looks like, what really pisses me is that she keeps on posing new rules for the warehouse! She doesn't even know what's going on there! and guess where she gets info on how to implement those new rules? Our beloved salesman! I'm the one incharge there! Ask me! why ask the salesman????!!! Another thing is, after months of working there, here comes the daughter, another Ms-know-nothing who loves to create new rules, my work doubled eversince they pose this new rules! and when I told them that some rules aren't needed, they even add more! another few months pass and now here comes the brother, another one who loves to sell the product at  a low low low price, he even pissed off other salesman back then, and what did the parents say about this? nothing! Now I got 4 boss, they keep on adding a task to me.  There are times when I was trap between my bosses decisions. phew!

Sorry I answered this question, you meant boss and not bosses.

  3. Twice in my career.  Once was at a radio station where the GM was fired because of lies the guy who wanted to be GM told.  I did a planned walk out on that one.  The other was at a manufacturing plant.  I worked there 10 years with no problematic bosses until the new one took over.  He thought he knew everything and knew NOTHING.  I worked for him until I could no longer take it and left after almost 13 years with the company for a job that paid the same amount in the same town.  I put in my 2 weeks noticed and left.  Now, 5 years later I just heard that he was relieved of duties...took them long enough to discover that he was an idiot!

  4. I've quit multiple times because of conflict with the boss.  I worked at a body shop (car repair) and I was the only girl.  My boss was a total shovinist and was always making the most sexist comments and I would smile politely and take it like a man (pun intended).  I couldn't take it anymore.  The worst was when I lost a family pet and he went to the break room freezer and brought a frozen meat product out and placed it on my desk and said "Here you go.  No need to be sad."  I couldn't take it anymore.  I could have and should have sued but decided to leave in silence.
