Have you ever ran out of GASOLINE?

I swear I was driving on fumes on my way to work this morning.

It took over 70 bucks to fill my vehicle, I stopped and filled up before going on to work.

I've only ran out of gas once in my life so far and that was a long time ago.

NO...............every time that you do this you are hurting the fuel pump because the gasoline is the cooling agent for the fuel pump, I always recommend that people keep 1/4 tank of fuel always in the tank if not more.

I ran out of fuel 1 time on the interstate on my motorcycle. I ride a 1980 KZ 1000 LTD and the gas gage doesn't work, so that was not a good thing for my bike. Because it is hard on the cooling system, engine ect.

Don't think so.

Only ran out of the car monthly repayment..

When they advertise that it cost 6 dollars a day to own a brand new car.

But never tell us about the road tax, fuel servicing and maintenance of the car with the joyride not being included.

With 3285 days to make the monthly repayments.

yeah..this often happens to me..i never fill petrol for my bike..unless am stranded half way for fuel....then i will fill for 100rupees(2.45$) ...

Many many moons ago. Only once in the last 20 years -- and it was an older model car with a carburetor, so it didn't really hurt it.

What really pissed me off was the jerk at the gas station made me put up a deposit for the gas can I had to borrow to get gas back to my car.

I swore I would never allow myself run out of gas again -- and I haven't.
