The sky,

a master artists

pallet where aqua,

ultra blue, edged

with titanium white

are unified with spatula,

softened with number ten

brush of the finest bristle.

Unformed clouds are born,

to be fluffed into metamorphic

balls of cotton wool.

  1. Night sky is better...

A face of a lover made beautiful by its light,

Glitter alive strewn across to its ends

  17. I was groovin' along just fine, until I hit that tree...

  18. Yes ... when I feel boring ... the sky is blue with white clouds ...

sometimes grey before it's going to rain ...

  19. I loved the theme of this piece, but felt the line breaks were like hitting a brick wall except for the last three lines. Also, I have to ask: is agua a color? I've never run across it as a paint before. And pallet makes me think of a pallet, not the canvas being described in the rest of the poem. If I may make a suggestion:

    The sky,

    A master artist canvas,

    Where Cerulean

    And Ultramarine

    Edged with Titanium,

    Are unified by knife,

    And softened

    By the fine bristles

    Of a No. ten brush

    Unformed clouds are born,

    Fluffed into metamorphic

    Balls of cotton wool.

This is by no means an attempt on my part to rewrite your poem--it is purely meant as an example of what I thought might be a clearer version of what the poem said to me.

To answer your question: Yes, I have seen the sky--and it is the hardest thing I've ever tried to paint. For some reason I don't work with the blues very well.

I hope I was of some help without sounding rude or obnoxious--if I came off sounding that way I apologize.
