Was it worth keeping, or did you take it back and complain.

  1. I would keep it if it was a better deal. If not, then I would return it with an ANGRY ATTITUDE to get my own order + sth extra as compensation of their fault.

  2. Yes l have and kept it.

  3. Depends on what's in the bag.  I usually just keep it though.

  4. Yes i did. But it was on purpose. You cant do it now but i used to drive through with mates and order a cup of water. They dont put it on the screen and down at the next window they give you the next people's order.

It was pretty funny at the time, but kinda mean now i think about it.

At least i wasnt driving. My friend was.

  5. As long as it's better than what I ordered, I keep it. It's not like they can give it back to the person it belonged to anyway -- they have to throw it away if you take it back in.

Now, if I ordered 5 BigMacs and 2 large fries for my family and they gave me a single cheeseburger and an apple pie, I'd be taking it back to get my money's worth. :)

  6. If you get a better deal, just roll with it.

There is no reason to get upset & start wailing & complaining. It's not like the 10th grader working drive-thru meant to give you someone else's order. Mistakes happen. Just go back through the drive thru and or go inside and let them know what's wrong and trust me, the mistake will be corrected. I can't believe some people actually fly off the handle when little things like this happen. There are worse atrocities in the world occuring. You not getting your double cheeseburger is not one of them.

  7. Yes, I have.  Once at McDonald's I ordered the Double Cheeseburger, but they gave me the Spicy Chicken sandwich by mistake.  I was already at home when I found that out.  I tried the sandwich, but it was so bad that I spit out the bite in my mouth and threw the sandwich in the garbage.  Now I check my order before I leave the Drive-Thru window.
