  1. I've never personally worked from home, but my half-brother did, and he found it increasingly restrictive, so he rented a private office. It was the best thing he ever did, because despite the high cost, he was able to make friends and contacts in the business district, so to speak, and this helped him develop his business and he's extremely successful now.

At home, he didn't have a chance to get out and use general office facilities, because he sort of was his own boss, so his work scope was limited and he didn't make a huge effort to work in expanding his business further. Now he's got private offices as part of a business, and it's thriving! I'm so happy for him.

So if anyone's thinking about it, I'd say go for it!

  2. Yes every business I have ever had over the past 35 years I have started from my house and upon it taking off always moved to a office lease close to home. I found the level of concentration and productivity to have increased ten fold as well as the income.

  3. Knowing how expensive it is; would make me get along with others.  Sometimes it takes some adjusting.
