Have you ever said something outloud & then felt kind of a "jerk" in your spirit...?

..like maybe you shouldn't have said that?? What do you think that is? Is it a spirit telling you that you shouldn't have said that? I don't think it's "intuition"..because intuition doesn't feel that way to me. It's always very unexpected.

I sometimes think it's God, because he is telling you that you shouldn't have said that. Idk any other explanation.

Common believe of spirit guides would lead me to determine that they would not likely intervene in such a way. They are there to guide you, not punish you or correct you. I would examine any occurrences of this "jerk" feeling more closely, and perhaps investigate psychological or medial reasons for a physical symptom such as this.

I think a person will get this if they are violating one of their own basic rules, like lying, or gossiping. It could be your subconscious telling you that your violating a tenet of your basic principles.

I think that we have all done that at some point or another. I thin it's simply social awareness, we know what we should and should not say...or it's possibly the reactions you get once you've said it...? And it raises your awareness on a subconscious level

I think it's probably just your conscience or better judgement.  Whatever it is, it's a subjective experience that you feel inside yourself.  There is no reason to believe it's some spiritual entity that exists independent of you.

No, it's your conscience.  It is usually spot-on when it comes to whether you just stuck your foot in your mouth.

That is something I seem to do on a regular basis.  My inner voice of reason tells me off frequently, and I do my Mea Culpas and keep on trucking.

If you ask me i think we all have two budies or person or sth. like that...And one which is you(YOU) is asleep and just move on like you begin to walk when your asleep...But the other one(YOURSELF) which some people call it spirit or ghost or god or... is awake and it maybe knew more than YOU...Then it will warn you abt sth. that it think YOU did wrong...

It's my idea...each people has their own idea
