Have you ever said to someone "if I only had the money to get started I would----------------.?

My question is, If today someone said I have the money to fund your idea. How would you take advantage of this situation?

I always wanted to open a doggy-daycare, that would also offer overnight boarding, and various extra services. Not just a bunch of dogs sitting in small cages sadly waiting to be picked up at the end of the day, but an open play area, walks, a little pool to play in, games of fetch, etc...A fun place people wouldn't mind leaving their dogs while they went to work or on vacation, and, most importantly, a place the dogs wouldn't mind coming to!

I love dogs, so I think this is something I would enjoy a lot. The best part would be that I could take my own dogs to work with me!

I wouldn't want to do something like this out of my house (which would require just a little start-up money), so I'd need a place to do it that was big enough and also outfitted with everything a business like this would need, as well as various materials. I would really love to start a business like this!

You are looking for something to do with your money?  Real Estate is always good-I just saw on GMA this morning MANY middle-class homes in Detroit selling for less than $10,000!  If you want to make more money-buy low, rent them out, rake in the money!  If you want to help people consider doing something constructive with the space-shelter young parents, teach them how to be successful members of society and how to raise their children, shelter battered women-help them become indepedant, make a boys/girls clubhouse, etc.  

I personally would start my own daycare franchise-we, as Americans, are outsourcing our parenting duties and frankly the "presigious" franchises out there aren't that great!  We need a daycare that focuses on the children, family, and OUR SOCIETY-THE FUTURE!
