Have you ever seen a Tornado before???

I'm from New Zealand and we usually get small ones like four times a year. I have never seen one before but I always dream about them. Are they scary???

OK here we go picture a very nice day in oklahoma then it begins to get dark and the wind begins to blow and here i was on my way in from work i barely got into the house when i hear this weid sound like a train .it was going around and around in a circle looked like a giant ice cream cone with its shape and it went right over the top of the house.Then it went on wow that was too close for me they are nothin to mess with they destroy and they can kill if your in the wrong place for sure.We allways take cover here in missouri if they give a warning and my family in oklahoma has been thru this really bad one that destroyed so much.There are movies out but the real thing is pretty wild.

I saw a National Geographic documentary with live footage of a tornado.  They can move fast (like 30 or 40 mph).  They destroy houses and trees.  A large tornado can shred a house to pieces.

I have seen a couple of small tornados in my life. I live in the Northeast portion of the U.S where we get some F0, F1 and F2 tornados. They are decently scary but as long as you stay at a good distance away they are pretty cool to watch. Hopefully soon I can be a storm chaser in the Midwest portion of the U.S. and go after tornados for research purposes.

I have watched Twister and Wizard of Oz seven times..  Both have flying cows so I am totally sure they're safe and awesome.  Cause cows like to fly.
