  1. I have seen numerous circumcisions and I really don't see the point. If my husband wanted our baby circumcised, I'd tell him he had to go watch and do all the cleaning, and that would be it.

  2. So you see something on you tube and think this is the way all circumcisions are? Wrong.  thats an old video put out by anti circumcision activists.   Its best if done at birth.  Jews have the lowest cancer of the p***s rate and jewish women have the lowest cervical cancer rate. all becuase of infant cirucmcision.  a lifetime of benefits.

here are circumcisions done by real professionals  with dignity.

  3. No, I'd never get my son(s) circumcised. Not just because of the pain element of it, but also the fact its totally unnecessary and irreversible.

  4. No because I would teach him how to wash properly down there, so he won't get infections.

  5. I am due in Sept with a boy and we considered having him circumsized like Daddy so he'd look the same.  After looking into it and researching it to see if was a good choice or not, we both opted to not.  More and more boys are not being circumsized here in Canada where we live and on top of that there is no proof either way that it is better.  We're not religious, so that reason is out.  If he had to have it done for medical reasons later, that would be up to us if he's a minor and up to him when he's old enough to make the choice.  Another big thing is the cost of it.  $300 is way too much for something that has no proof and that we don't feel comfortable doing.

  6. no its cruel and pointless

reduced sexual pleasure too in some cases

  7. I did have my son circumcised, but that was 15 years ago.  It was just something everyone did.  It was explained that there were health benefits.

Now, there is a lot more information on circumcision and if I knew then what I know now, I would not have put my son through it.

  8. I've never been able to finish watching a video of it but I saw a bit on an Australian documentary and also Penn & Teller. (So for Pat N saying those are videos put out by anti-circumcision activists, they're not...and the Australian one wasn't very anti-circumcision at all yet it still came across as extremely cruel because it is! Even teaching videos online are cruel as well, ones designed to promote circumcision.)

It's extremely cruel and no I would never do it to a son, it's not necessary anyway.

  9. Yes I have seen it.  I have 4 sons and all of them are circumcised.  If I had another, I'd have him done too.  I have seen grown men with infections that could have been prevented had they been circumcised.  It was a decision that my husband and I made together.

  10. I got circumsized at 19 and regret it (I'm now 28)! I found masturbation and s*x far superior when I used to have my f******n! There was never any doubt we wouldn't do that to our boys (aged 1&3)! I want them to have the same pleasures and choice that I once did!

  11. I have a 15 month old son and I refused to have him circumsized. Why would you want to put such a small, delicate little baby through something as painful or tramatic as that? It didn't make any sense to me.

  12. No and no, but I will hardly berate anyone that chooses to do it.

  13. Personally when my little brother was born my mom had him circumsized.  She was nervous about it but my family told her it was better for the baby after he got older. Reason being, when your son hits about two and starts potty training, it helps his cleanliness. Boys who haven't had circumcisions are more prone to pick up infections. That can include yeast infections and severe rashes. Hope this helps!

  14. We didn't circumcise our son.  I haven't seen the operation, but I have seen pics of it.  That didn't really play into our decision, though.  We couldn't find any reason to have the surgery that made it seem necessary at all, so we figured we'd just leave his body the way it was originally created.

Edit to add: WTG, Jessica!  I'm sure that you've realized since then, too, that circed or intact, a little boy's p***s isn't going to look like dad's, anyway ;-)

  15. I did not have that done to my son and if i was to have more sons i would not do it to them either. would you want skin pulled off from down there?
