Have you ever seen a couch like this online (or anywhere?)?

Question

I found this couch in one store locally to me. I cannot find one like it anywhere else.

I remember either the style or brand name being Monterey. Have you ever seen something like it before? You can move the ottoman part over to the other side which is why I'm interested in the couch. However, I don't care for the sales staff at this store.

Get the name of the sofa manufacturer and go from there.  If you really like the sofa, get over the fact that you don't like the staff and buy the sofa.  Remember when you are the buyer you are the one in control.  Not liking the staff has nothing to do with it.  Move beyond them, buy the sofa.  When you allow staff to run you off, you allow them to control your buying power.  They work for you.  Forget them, call the shots and buy what you want.  Buy the sofa. Forget your particulars.  They become silly when you are in the outside looking in and can't buy what you want.  In other words, get over yourself.

Very nice sofa.  So sorry to say I've never seen one like this before.  If you didn't like the sales staff then ask to see someone else.  But in the long run .. you are buying the couch and it is  you that the sales should be treating well as you are about to spend your money in their store.  If they are still intolerable then ask to speak to the manager and deal with him/her directly.
