Have you ever seen a dog like this?

I have a 3 year old lhasa apso. He's such a good little dog. I adopted him from the shelter about 6 months ago. What i was attracted to the most about him was the amazingly different coloring on his body. His head is completely black while the rest of his body is white and grey with no black anywhere else besides his head.

Has anyone ever seen or heard of anything like this?

yes dogs come in all different colors and patterns

Katie, what color are the pups eyes? The parents may both have had a recessive albino gene. And that dog sounds so beautiful. I love Lhasa Apsos

No, never but it sounds great. I don't know dogs are weird about color. I had a pure bred German Shepherd who mated with another pure bred German Shepherd and 3 puppies came out white!!!. There where no other dogs involved, i'm SURE!!! I'd bet my life on it.
