  1. HOLY SH*******************T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I seen something similar to that when I played high school football. except the guy was running when he was caught from behind by his one leg and the other leg just shatterd from all the weight and force bearing down on it. We saw it the next day while watching game film. It was nasty.

  3. That is gut wrenching. This is a good example of the difference between desensitizing a part of the body and conditioning it. The fighter who broke his leg probably beat his shins against heavybags for years and feels no pain from most striking with it. But by not progressively striking hard objects to condition that area (increasing bone density) he was left vulnerable to a horrible break from a relatively soft kick.

  4. Thanks Mike, must getting ready to have my little sugar free strawberry and angel food cake.

guess I will wait till tomorrow now, ha ha,,really totally threw me out of snaking now.

and yes, this is not good.

have seen a kid kickboxing, and training on kicking a limb, and he shattered his shin, and the bone came through the skin, it was really gore....

  5. OMG!  I know it was slo-mo, but it didn't even look like that much went into it!

  6. actually one time in a jiujitsu club there were these 2 kids sparring, and the guy was about to get his partner into a mounted position and then all of a sudden the other guy knocked him off balance and turned the other guy the other way but then his head was on the floor and his body bent the other way which literally dislocated his neck...

  7. thats not to bad at all. Nice try tho!

  8. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA...
