Have you ever seen this type of bug?

It's Greenish-Black and it looks like a fly, ant, and bee mixed together. These also either bit or stung me today all day today while i was playing outside. They followed all of my friends literally. One followed me from one friends house to mine. Literally. It stayed on me a it wouldn't leave me alone until i finally got in the house and i locked it outside. Even when we put on OFF(the bug repelent spray) they still didn't leave. Can someone tell me what you think these may be. Give me the name so i can see a pic of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sweat bees. They're attracted to the salts in sweat.
