Have you ever sent your child to bed with no supper as punishment?

No parent should ever do it. In fact NEVER send them yo bed early as it lowers the childs self image.

We send our kids to bed early if needed, but always give them their dinner first. when then play up its bed at 6pm for them all( aged 11.8.6,)but never hungry.
