  1. I live in Oregon.  That's a state in the Northwest of USA.  We are famous for speaking with neutral accent!


  2. Ireland-

        Its hard to tell what is neutral because accents don't sound very strong to the person with it.

      My accents a little muddled with some faint Irish and English from my parents. Sometimes I get told I sound American?

       If I really think about it I can try not to sound to much like anything. Im very hard to place from how I sound.
