  1. If you haven't already talk to your doctor, takes time really, sometimes the thing or things causing you to stress out aren't clear at first but try to think clearly & write down what you feel, if something keeps repeating itself you may find there is a pattern. Also changing something a little, often helps, don't think that everything is a problem or that you are unable to help yourself. Try to be with people who make you feel happy, you don't have to let them know the whole story just being with others & recognising that they also have a lot to deal with can make your own situation seem less huge.


  2. I have had a few of those, not good. I got through them with some professional help and peace and quiet.

    No, I am not talking about the burnout the happens 24 hours after a hot curry, I only wish I was.

  3. I have suffered burnout,I got help from my doctor and had to get everything stressful out of my life.
