I´ve surfed france (les cul nuls), its in the south of france. well, price wise, its like france. its crowded too, but you can still get waves. its not always consistent, but then again, its the atlantic. most people are pretty chill, and the beaches are nude. so you´ll be surfing and just hope to lose your board hah! theres topless chicks sunbathing and playing volleyball, its awesome. its beachbreak, and usually 4 to 8 feet, you can take a beating some days though, it can get a little heavy.

no but I talked to a guy who did surf in the Mediterranean and the North Atlantic over there and he said it was the  most amazing experience ever Cheap? not really but amazing!
