  1. Yes I have. The sublingual did nothing. But the crystals in water every third day definitely work for me. I can feel my thymus larger when I take it and it helps me to lose weight easier.


  2. Yes and yes. Years ago when I was younger and stupid and competing more frequently.

    I only answer this because there are no kids that have access to (or can afford) the real thing.
