Have you ever taken golf lessons?

i used to shoot low 80,s then i had 10 lessons now i can,t break 90.

My daughter takes lessons once a week. She has been doing this for over 3 years now and she is now one of the top female golfers at our club.

I didn't teach her, the coach did, but we still play very competitively (I am self taught). She is 14 and is on a 4 handicap, I am 43 and on the same.

I've not taken a lesson in the 8+ years I've been playing.  I want to see how good I can get before I decide to take a lesson.  I shoot low to mid 80's fairly often so I just want to see if I can improve on my own.  I'm a trial and error type person.

My dad did try and teach me, he used to play for a club. But every time he tried to teach me he ended up in hesterics because I couldn't do it properly. :)

Ya, my grandparents signed me and my brother up for golf lessons when i was about 11...and good thing they did. If they hadnt i would have never gottin into it, and i play every week now.
