Have you ever tasted Romanian wine?

Romanian and Moldavian wines ar horrible - at least that's how I experienced them - the same about wines from Crimea

and Georgia - as long as they'll remain under custom protection it will be ok for their producers - but when italian, french or any other one comes to the eastern market - it will be painful for your producers -

The problem is not the basic grapes which are probably as good as anywhere else, but prodction methods - all is to be reconsidered - that is how some french, in Crimea, started buying acres and "reconstructing" production considered their know-how .

Anyway there is world speaking today far too much wine.

I tasted it once on a cruise - it was definitely interesting but something i would not try again....

Years ago I drank Romanian wine because it was so cheap.  That is about all I remember about it.
