Have you ever tasted natural hemp protein?

I'm thinking of buying some to add to my drinks. What does it taste like?

I like the protein powder from Prairie Emerald. We also use it as a 1/3 substitute for flour in some baking recipes. Used as a drink, it is also kind of grainy, but has a real good flavor.

I've had Alpsnack hemp bars (which are really good).  There's also Hempenberry and Hempenmint chocolate bars that I got from a local hemp shop.  Those are WONDERFUL.

But I've never added hemp seed to my drinks, nor have I had hemp alone.  But the stuff I've had with hemp I've liked.

Now, I've tried hemp milk and hated it.

The best tasting stuff is Manitoba Hemp.  It taste nutty and grainy all at once but not bad.

They sell this kind at whole foods.  It taste pretty good mixed up with orange juice or in a fruit smoothie.
