Its quite amazing.  But all this only means anything if the Exodus actually occurred (and there is doubt among many people that it occured, for some of the very reasons listed in your link).

There is no historic evidence proving it ever took place. Come on, do you really believe that Moses caused the Red Sea to part?

I have actually witnessed this phenomena.  A hurricane passed through the Mobile (Ala) Bay area.  The bay actually parted about 50 yds wide to the ground.  The official explanation had to do with winds and tides.  I don't know about the Red Sea or "Sea of Reeds" but I know a shallow body of water can part leaving nothing but sea grass.
