Yes, I still think about it, but I don't expect anything which has a spine. Maybe some tiny worms in the best case.

Mars is as dead currently as a planet can be - even volcanic activity seems to have ended a long time ago. We have not yet even found indications of bacteria or algae, which is a pretty annoying show stopper.

Maybe microbes, but the crafts that have landed there have tested for such and so far have found nothing.  That doesn't mean there wasn't something there billions of years ago though.  We still haven't tapped into the polar ice caps or dug deep enough to look for life that far in the past.  That's why we need to send men to mars. Drilling a hole 20 feet deep is something a robotic lander simply cannot do.

well because of the discovery of water on mars I believe that there might be some type of bacteria either microscopic or big enough to be seen by the naked eye. But any living thing other than that? nope! Although there could be... I'm sure you can google this to get a professional's opinion

not really but i could be very wrong. i think it is all about us humans. i think Mars needs to be there because we are here. i think it's about order. kind of like baking a cake, you need the pan and the oven,...,..., and the ground,..., .

the life that is on earth is so amazing to me that even if there was a life form in the center of the universe, it is so unreachablily far i don't think i'd care.

well there is an evidence that water could have existed on mars because of its unusual land forms. microorganisms could have lived there. microorganisms called extremophiles could live at extreme conditions there is a great chance that life could have exsisted on mars

No. The level of oxygen in Mars is tooooo low.

Even plants need oxygen, and they can only photosynthesize with sunlight.(There will be a time in Mars without sunlight)

Anyway, research throughout the years has shown no other organisms living in Mars.

Unless you consider VERY smart aliens who can hide very well.......... (LOL)
