Have you ever told a Stagecoach driver "Thank you for not breaking my ribs" when getting off the bus

Some of them don't seem to have had any driving lesson in their life. They seem to enjoy old ladies flying around in the bus with the shopping bags, or children bumping their heads on that naughty step.

Sometimes I suspect they have some kind of competition on how many passengers they can injure during a single ride.
