It is a bad idea to use ANY sleeping pills, including those you can buy over the counter. The body quickly becomes dependant and their stimulus to allow you to fall asleep, ( it only takes about 3 nights in a row!) and you have evn more difficulty sleeping without them than you did pre-medication.

I used them when I was  not sleeping when my mum was ill.  I didn't use them  for long,  only a week, but  they worked for me. No side effects didn't feel hung over or anything.
