I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm just curious. I love sushi and a friend of mine said he lost weight on a diet such as I mentioned. Just wondering if others have had similar results.

  1. Because I like sushi that's got mayo sauces and other sauces, it didn't work for me.  Also, if you eat enough of it, you're taking in a lot of carbs with the rice, so it's not quite as healthy as you'd like to think :(

So yes, I tried, and no, it didn't work for me :(  But good luck!

  2. I have never done it, but there is a lot written about it. John Lennon and Yoko Ono were famous years ago for eating little besides sushi and rice. They were way ahead of their time.

  3. i burnt it

  4. If we're tralking about fish sushi, it isn't recommended to eat that much fish because even Sushi grade fish can have trace elements of mercury in it from polluted waters.  The FDA currently recommends no more than three servings a week as long as you're not pregnant.

Eating that much sushi can also get VERY expensive.

  5. As  much as I love Sushi I would need to eat more balanced meals.
