Well, I've had various berry flavored cheesecakes, and some of them appeared to be somewhat pink...

I seldom think of cheesecake in terms of color - I mean "black cheesecake" vs "white cheesecake". Instead, I think of them in terms of color - "oreo" vs "plain" vs "sour cream" or whatever...
