  1. sounds intriguing, i would do it...

  2. no,but it sure sounds like fun!

  3. quite a few gamblers will play this way as part of giving up weight.....they will play one handed and are allowed to rest the cue on the rails...then sometimes they play one handed "jacked up" which means they arent allowed to rest the cue on the table at all.......it is the most amazing thing watching people play this way and have the control they do to make shots AND get english!!

  4. No never, but I would love to see that someday! I bet it really is funny to watch!!! =D

  5. no, it it fun?

  6. Yes I have quite a lot.  friend of mine who I used to shoot pool with back in HS got side swiped in his car when he was riding with his arm out the window, didn't completely lose the arm, but close enough, last time I talked to him, quite a few years ago, we lost touch when I did a stint in the Navy, well it was about 5 years after the accident and he still couldn't really hold anything with his left hand.

Anyway, when he was rehabbing, he still wanted to get out and do a lot of the things he used to, so I used to play one handed, since that was all he could do.  We both got to be pretty good at it.  I still do it every so often for fun, it's nice to just reach out with a stick for those long cross table shots instead of pulling a bridge out.

  7. Hi,no,but it sure sounds Fun.Love Jo xx

  8. No-But it sounds like it is interesting..and fun...

  9. actually girl i know is probably better one handed then lot of people i have played againest two handed... never forget her shot on the 8 .. phone rings she talking on it and without blinking sinks it like it was nothing ...

  10. I've played one handed  before...it's really not that much harder than usual just requires a little more attention to detail.

  11. I started playing one handed as an incentive to get people playing me for money when i was 18. This was 22 years ago. One handed pool is pretty easy until you need to draw the ball. If you watch for the trick shot magic on ESPN you will find players jumping balls one handed. Dr. Cue does a trick where he jumps balls one handed alternating between left and right hand on every ball.

  12. Mike Masse owns the record for most consecutive shots made while shooting with one hand. I'm not sure the exact number, but I know it's well over 100.

  13. Is that like the one handed clap.  COOL!
