i've been to the one at the mall of america (bloomington, MN) and it was fun.  it was about $50 for 2 people (including drinks & appetizer)...a bit pricey, but the food was good - seafood, obviously, is their specialty.  It's not a place I'd go to every day, but for a special occasion it's cool.  

they have signs on the tables to signal the waiters to stop or 'run forrest, run!'

I went to the one in Long Beach, CA, and the food was delicious!  And, yes, the waiter even told us Forrest Gump trivia, but I got him on one trivia question!  (Like when Jenny died on a Saturday, but was really on a Monday)!

I should've gotten a discount for that!

i really recommend this restuarant.  All of their dishes are very good and the setting of the restuarant will remind of the movie.  Great place to dine in. (If you like salmon, this is the place for you!!) average price would be around $15 per dish.

been to the monterey and sanfran branches...it was okay...the food bordered to mediocre...my opinion,that is...the service was good, though we had to wait in line for thirty or so minutes...

Yes! I've been to the Bubba Gump's in both San Francisco and Monterey. Excellent food and a really fun atmosphere. The servers give you Forrest Gump trivia. And the drinks are huge and delicious!

It's cutesy.  I've been to the one in SF also.  The view at that one is fantastic. The price is comparable to Macaroni Grill.

I went to the one in Ala Moana mall in Honolulu, not impressed.
