Have you ever used EtchStar.com?

Question

I wanna get an iPod touch for my birthday, but I want to get a design etched on it. I found this website and I just wanna know if it's good (like if they do a good job) and if anyone has had any problems with the site. Any other additional information would be nice too.

oh, and if you know any other sites that do that type of stuff too, please put that site down.
